The Premier Natural Cotton w/ Wool Wrap Mattress features our Royal Flex 800i Innerspring Unit wrapped in layers made with pristine organic cotton and French wool, and surrounded by luxurious fabric made with organic cotton, and hand tufted resulting in an orthopedic firm mattress.

To add surface plushness, we recommend one of our Premier Natural Pillowtop Pads made with organic cotton fabric quilted with all-natural French wool, and a layer of all natural Talalay latex for added cushioning and comfort. The Premier Natural Pillowtop Pad come in 2″, 3″, 4″, or 5″ versions. The 3″, 4″, and 5″ versions have surface quilting on both sides, so you can flip it over and use the other side.

The Double Diamond Box Spring supports the mattress and provides an extra layer of suspension for increased comfort. The center-third of the box spring contains 50% more modules to add extra support where it’s needed the most. 5-Star hotel grade wide slatted wood frame provides greater durability. Even the box spring is wrapped and padded in fabric and layers made with organic cotton and all-natural French wool.
