Return Policy
Items that we have in stock are considered eligible for return within 30 days of the date of delivery. To guarantee a refund, items must be in their original packaging and their original condition - and not laundered; otherwise we may, at our discretion, refuse your return. For stocked items being returned within 15 days of delivery - you may request a prepaid shipping label and we will send one to you via e-mail as a courtesy (exceptions may apply for particularly large, heavy and/or bulk shipments).
While we may be more lenient with returns when items are purchased online rather than with the direct assistance of our sales staff, we reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that is special ordered from a manufacturer. Such requests will be treated on a case by case basis and may be heavily influenced by the manufacturer's return policy (or lack thereof). We will also usually refuse returns on items which are custom made, as well as items which have been shipped outside of the United States.
Please contact us with any related questions before placing an order. Thanks!
Shipping Info
Most orders over $100 will ship for about $10 to the United States. Exceptions may apply for heavier orders, large quantities, or special circumstances.
Expedited shipping options are available according to estimated expenses. However, the actual shipping method will be determined in part by actual shipping expenses, relative to funds paid. If you need an item by a specific date, please let us know beforehand so that we can verify costs and availability.
Our store is located in Scottsdale, Arizona, and we usually ship orders via UPS (sometimes USPS) where we have the order in stock. However, we may arrange to have some orders shipped directly from their manufacturer. Customers residing in the Phoenix metropolitan area additionally have the option of picking up their order (when available) at no charge.
Standard online policies will not apply to orders placed by phone, or for international orders. For international shipments - we will contact you with an estimate of shipping costs after you place your order; you will be given the option of paying the shipping costs or cancelling your order.
